Privacy Policy
What this website collects, what the Verifier keeps, and how to reach us about personal data.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, loads no analytics and includes no tracking scripts. Its one script is our own, served from this domain: it switches between the light and dark themes and runs the demonstration on the home page. If you choose a theme, your browser remembers that choice in its own storage on your device; it is never sent to us.
No third-party requests
Every asset on this site is served from this domain. No fonts, tag managers, embedded videos or social widgets are loaded from anyone else, so no other company learns that you visited.
What our infrastructure sees
The site is served through Google Cloud, which processes your IP address to deliver the page. Its load balancer records one entry per request: IP address, URL, time, browser and response code. Entries are deleted automatically after 30 days. We count visits from them in aggregate and build no profile.
The contact and sandbox forms
If you send us a message or ask for a sandbox key, we store your name, email address, organisation if given, the message and your consent, in order to reply to you and for nothing else.
The EUDI Verifier
When an organisation uses the Verifier to check a credential you present from your wallet, that organisation is the data controller and we act on its instructions. What you disclose is held only while the check completes and is deleted within the hour. The service runs in Google Cloud in Belgium (europe-west1).
The platform is separate from this website
If your organisation uses the VerySafe platform, the personal data it processes is governed by the agreement with that organisation, which is the data controller. We act on its instructions.
International transfers
LimogiAI Solutions Inc is based in Canada. The European Commission recognises Canada as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data handled by organisations subject to PIPEDA.
Credential holders
Credentials live in the holder's wallet, not on our servers. The wallet app privacy page describes what the application stores on a device.
