These terms govern use of the VerySafe website and services, provided by LimogiAI Solutions Inc.
What we provide
A hosted verification service for credentials presented from EU digital identity wallets, a platform for issuing and verifying digital credentials, and a free holder application. The credential profiles available at any time are published on our Trust page, generated from our own conformance records.
Warranties
We do not warrant that a credential will be accepted by any particular third-party system, nor that a verdict from the Verifier carries legal assurance under eIDAS while its trust anchors are the European Commission's test hierarchy. Interoperability is shown per profile against a named counterpart on our Trust page.
Your responsibilities
If you verify credentials, deciding which issuers you trust and what you do with a verdict is your policy. If you issue credentials, you are the issuer: the accuracy of what a credential asserts, and the lawful basis for asserting it, are yours.
Availability and changes
The services are provided as they stand. We may change or discontinue features. Where a change would make previously issued credentials unverifiable, we will say so before making it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
