Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the VerySafe website and platform, provided by LimogiAI Solutions Inc. They are a plain-language statement of how we expect the service to be used and what we do and do not promise.

• What we provide

  A platform for issuing and verifying digital credentials, and a free holder application. Which credential profiles are actually available at any time is published on our proof page, and that page is generated from our own conformance records rather than written by hand.

• What we do not promise

  We do not warrant that a credential we issue will be accepted by any particular third-party system. Interoperability is proven per profile against a named counterpart, and only the profiles listed as available on the proof page have a green conformance run behind them.

• Your responsibilities

  If you issue credentials, you are the issuer: the accuracy of what a credential asserts, and the lawful basis for asserting it, are yours. If you verify credentials, deciding which issuers you trust is your policy and not our opinion — a signature being valid and an issuer being acceptable are different questions, and our software never collapses them.

• Availability and changes

  The service is provided as it stands. We may change or discontinue features, and where a change would make previously issued credentials unverifiable we will say so before making it.

• Liability

  To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
